What is hypnosis, really?

Hypnosis is a rewriting of the mind’s subconscious programming. It’s something that you do (daily, actually), not something that’s done to you. Hypnosis bypasses the logical mind and works directly with the suggestible subconscious to rewrite old stories and update the belief system.

This is why changes can happen so quickly. Hypnosis can reset you at the deepest cellular level, giving you a new blueprint to follow. When the subconscious is on board, it will take on the new suggested beliefs as truth, and a new reality will emerge.

Here, it becomes easy to imagine yourself in your desired outcome and have a visceral experience. Holding on to that energy allows you to open the doorway to your success, as your body and mind are taking on new truths in that moment.

Instead of automatically reacting from old patterns – stress, doubt, procrastination, or self-sabotage – you begin to pause and choose a different response.
