This brain activity predicts positive changes in physical activity, suggesting that affirming positive future goals influences healthy behaviors. Affective neuroscience, exploring the link between positive and negative emotions, molds our overall well-being. Brainfutures.org’s “Neuroplasticity 101” states that intentional, repetitive changes in thought can reshape our brains and transform our responses and lives, regardless of age.

In the quantum realm, the Positive Affirmations Center outlines the law of attraction, mirroring the transformative steps in the Confidence Toolkit. The law suggests that focusing thoughts and energy on a specific goal emits signals – vibrational frequencies summoning corresponding experiences. This aligns seamlessly with the Toolkit’s foundational step – finding your focus.
Crafting a Quantum Affirmation in The Confidence Toolkit
The Confidence Toolkit for People Pleasers includes a three-step process called “FPS to Affirming You”:
- Focus: What Do You Want to Accomplish? Defining your present into future focus initiates an energetic exchange with the universe, becoming a magnetic force attracting corresponding experiences into your life.
Example: “Fostering deeper connections in personal relationships by openly expressing feelings aligns with my goal of helping others navigate relationships effectively.”
- Purpose: How Important Is It to You and Why? Understanding the purpose shapes outcomes akin to the observer effect in quantum physics. Using value words that evoke a strong feeling to your “why” is crucial.
Example: “Cultivating honest communication is vital for building trust, intimacy, and fostering mutual understanding. This commitment serves my larger purpose of helping others enhance their relationship dynamics.”
- Specific: What Are You Willing to Do, and How Will You Know You Are There? Getting granular about actions and success indicators guides actions, creating a positive connection with the universe.
Example: “Committing to the TriForce of Communication tool, I will initiate open conversations with my partner twice a week, deepening our connection. When my relationships reflect that they feel more seen, heard, and understood, I’ll know I’ve achieved authenticity.”
- Refocus/Redirect: Enhancing the Power of Affirmations. An additional step involves refocus/redirect, mirroring the quantum principle of letting go of negative thoughts. When encountering negativity, replace it with positive counterparts, thereby altering the vibrational frequency you emit. Redirection can be a powerful tool when using present gratitude statements.
Examples: Negative: “You can’t change; you’re just like this.” Positive Replacement:
“I have the power to change and evolve. Every day is a new opportunity to grow and become a better version of myself.” Refocus: “What is most important to me right now is that I am gaining skill by learning the TriForce Communication so that I can use it with my loved ones and later with my clients.
