Yet, as a society, we’ve been conditioned to ignore them. Expectations from jobs, societal norms, and even the fear of missing out (FOMO) often pull us away from fully embracing this natural rhythm.

But things are shifting. The collective consciousness is waking up, stepping away from the relentless daily grind, and creating new ways to honor these sweet spots. More people are questioning outdated systems and realizing they can design a life that aligns with their natural flow rather than conforming to one imposed on them. My Sweet Spot
For me, my sweet spot is in the early morning hours. It’s when my energy flows most freely, and I feel deeply connected to my intuition and purpose. From the moment I wake, I am ready to pour my energy into my work, my clients, and my creativity. This focus lasts until about 3 p.m., when I naturally start to wind down.

Understanding this about myself has been transformative. It is why I schedule energy work only during these peak hours and reserve evenings for lighter tasks, such as short soul readings only on select days. I’ve learned that honoring my energy is not just beneficial for me – it also allows me to show up more powerfully and fully for my clients. When my energy is in balance, I can be a clearer, stronger channel for healing, guidance, and insight.

Finding Your Sweet Spot
Discovering your sweet spot takes intention and awareness. Start by tuning in to your body and mind throughout the day. When do you feel most focused? When does your energy dip? What tasks feel effortless, and when do you struggle? These patterns will guide you.

Once you’ve identified your sweet spot, protect it fiercely. Schedule your most important or creative work during this time, and don’t let outside demands pull you away. Learn to say no, set boundaries, and prioritize what aligns with your highest good.
